I am very disappointed because today the store was horrible nasty look inside and the customer service the worse I ever had! The cashier was acting like she don’t know what to do, the phone rings she Answer it and left us waiting to paid and she just smiled by the phone really I said Not good!! They need to have better train.

The two young people working were conscientious and exhibited good customer service. The shop was very clean, and the staff quickly cleaned up spills. There was an abundance of variety in frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. There was a cute shop section with sweet frog paraphernalia. Overall a great experience.

Its was excellent in my opinion! They had gloves available for customers. After you push the button to get your frozen yogurt an employee vastly cleans the area. The staff puts the toppings on your yogurt for you When I went it looked & smelled really clean.
