Failed to follow through on a deal for a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited fully loaded after taking my money. Two and a half months later no vehicle and they finally returned my $60,750.00 cash!!!! The vehicle was brand new with 7 miles on it. They claimed that they couldn't figure out what the problem was and that they couldn't keep it running. They they tried to sell me another vehicle for more money and two models down!!! Straight Garbage , starting with the car sales man Michael Jimenez!!!! There are others who names I don't currently have at this moment. I wish I could give them zero stars!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Very shady financing paperwork electronically missing vital Due Bill information. Pay off of existing loan written incorrectly and dealer payout was actually longer than California law allows. I went in with my own financing and only asked for a brake controller to be added. Here I am 6 weeks later, and the controller still hasn't arrived. I will never work with this dealer again. I strongly urge everyone to beware.

I came to the dealer for one specific car. Another buyer came for the same car. It was really stressful since we both wanted the same car. The sales manager, Joe Hinojoza, was amazing and was able to help the other buyer in selecting another car. The price I purchased the car was exactly what they quoted me. No games or gimmicks. I highly recommend Lake Elsinore Chrysler. Honest and excellent service.

I had one complicated deal on my hands. I was extremely worried about how I would be able to get around with my family. Today I saw the GM Mike and I was taken care of! He worked out my deal within the hour and I was ALL SET! Joseph was wonderful as well and I left feeling like we were family. You should ask for chris mcphillips. He is the fixed operations director and he always gets things handled that the other guys can not. Email is the best way to get a hold of him

Does car need relearn or reflash after installing rebuilt transmission?
I had a negative experience with them when shopping for a Jeep last year. Felt that they were misleading and shady. Ended up buying elsewhere and very glad that I did. I try to shop local but this dealer didn't deserve my business.
No, they won't pick up, drop off, loan a vehicle, arrange rental, wash your car etc.
Definitely an appointment and ask if they need parts at that time. They will keep the car there until the part comes in.
Dropping the back seat will give you access to the truck. On the inside of the truck there's an emergency release handle that should open it.
