Quick change outfit from an spill at a good price but long time in line over 30 minutes for one item it was a Sunday. I would have given more stars but only 2 registers were open at 2pm for all those people.

Ross is one of my favorite discount stores. Periodically I drop in simply to browse. Invariably I always find unusual items I could use. Ross Dress for less is a great place to shop.

Customer service is horrible! I called in to ask about my daughters birthday gift which was going to be a pair of heelys in size 8 or 9. The cashier yelled out come to the store and look! As though they are dealing with a child cutting me off from what i was saying in the process. It definitely needs improvement with politeness and respect when dealing with vauled customers as I was only asking a question politely.
