So we went here for our 4 year anniversary because I'm a seafood lover and when I tell you my Lobster was so fresh and so well prepared (shout out to the chef)! the waiter that we had wasn't as great but the food was so good you kind of forget about her forgetting everything. My margarita that I ordered was different it came with a hot pepper in it but it was still good and strong I guess that's a thing in DC because a couple of restaurants I went to had peppers in the margarita.

I had a long travel day and was really happy to finally sit and enjoy a meal! I came in and when the hostess (African-American woman with blonde hair in a bun) walked up, she didn’t say hello or ask how many would be dining. She looked at me awkwardly for a moment and I then asked to be seated. She told me they weren’t taking any more walk in guests (the dining room had available seating). She didn’t offer an alternative. I asked her if the bar was open and she asked another host, or host manager, who was standing there. I seated myself and enjoyed my meal, but was disappointed in that being my first “greeting.” It lacked hospitality and professionalism. The server at the bar was great and made up for the earlier experience.

Coming here with my partner during our trip to D.C., and it was one of our best decision. Our waitress, Jessica, was very friendly. We ordered the stuffed salmon and their top sirloin, both of which were very tender and reasonably seasoned. Somehow we love their mashed potatoes very much! It's smooth and creamy, perfect!

I got the chance to visit while I was in Washington DC for a conference. The other folks in the group wanted to try this place. I'm very glad we went. The steak was outstanding! While the stalks of asparagus I ordered were larger than I was used to getting it was perfectly cooked. I was told to try the lobster bisque and it was one of the best choices I made on the whole trip. I highly recommend this for a special night out for anyone in the area.
