Hands. Down. Best. Ethiopian. Food. Ever! Food is aromatic and will make you salivate upon entry! It was such a pleasure to be served by the talented Chef Seferash! She was extremely hospitable and kind, despite being short-staffed. If you’re in DC, you MUST visit this place! We ordered the Family Meat & Veggie Combo, Veggie Spring Rolls, and Fosolia. Stop by and see what you’re missing!

Delicious Ethiopian food at an extremely affordable price, cannot recommend it enough! As the name suggests, it is family owned, which contributes to the place’s homely feeling. This was my first time trying Ethiopian food, the waiter guided us through it and absolutely loved everything we tried - especially recommend the mixed meat dish, ideal for sharing.

First time eating Ethiopian and I'm so glad I came here! The wait staff were welcoming and informative about the menu and methods of eating Ethiopian food. We shared the meat and vegetable platter - perfect size for two. I will definitely return for another visit.

The food is AMAZING, and the server was so helpful and friendly!! I'd only had Ethiopian once before, so I'm new to it. The combo options make sampling several dishes very easy, and they're a great deal at $10-15 per person. Everything was delicious and super filling. I will definitely be visiting again! 10/10
