Very slow I have appointment at 11am , I be there at 9:30and done by 2:30pm ,office lady very mean to us ! Company need to give her classes for customer service

Arrived 12:15 for a 12:45pm appt I was gone by 13:00 it’s a split driveway stay left and drive thru gate to the office windows near corner of blgd it’s 14659B

I was unloaded within a hour. I showed up at 10:00 for a 10:20 appointment and was gone by 11am. Do not show up early as you will be turned away like I was when I thought I had a 8AM appointment showed up at 7AM had to wait in the street. No overnight parking for trucks like a lot of my stops have. People where friendly.
