The associate that helped me today took soo much of her time to make SURE she got me 50 crickets. They were down to barely any, and she put so much work into making sure I had what I need, and I really appreciate that. Also whenever I come to this store the staff is super nice and helpful, and I really like the vibe. Definitely gonna keep coming here.

Jill was so helpful and informative—just got a puppy and she helped us find the right cleaning spray for accidents in the house. The store was clean and organized. Will be coming to this Petco in DC from now on!

We casually visited this store and left with the best impression. The nice cashier seemed sincerely interested in learning about our puppy and gave us some great tips about the excessive chewing. We regret not asking her name, she was a nice African American lady. Thank you!

Shop here all the time for our kitty. The cashier lady is always friendly and making sure we take advantage of all the coupons available. She definitely cares about us and it shows!

Yes I get mice for my python here all the time. Sometimes recently they run out though so best to call ahead
Very good. All employees and shoppers are masked and they provide hand sanitizer as you walk in.
Most likely no. It is first come first serve.
We do not carry any cats or dogs. However, we do have guinea pigs, snakes, turtles, tortoises, hamsters, mice, gerbils, ferrets and rats. if you like to adopt a cat or dog, we would suggest to help a shelter dog/cat or we can provide you a number where you could adopt a cat.
Sadly no. However, we would usually have finches, cockatiels, and conure. Recently, we only have been getting beautiful blue, white and yellow parakeets.
They should, I've seen reptiles here!
No; chinchillas, as well as ferrets, rabbits, and most reptile species, are illegal for sale within the District.
