Warning Warning GWP is sending Bills without meter reading .They sending estimate.I was out of my home last 6 month and got bill $420 and $227 . It impossible to use water and power when no appliances and water is being used. I hope somebody will sue this SCAM institution .

As of today as a licensed handyman I thought building safety is the worst department in Glendale but I found GWP even worst than Glendale building and safety department. They are the slowest and most uncaring department in Glendale. It took them 1 month to connect my temporary pole now is taking 3-4 weeks to connect the main panel power. I feel bad for customers who are going the right way the legal way and want to have everything with permits . Note: after all this I am getting a bill of 230 dollar as a deposit and when I call and asked about the deposit ,honestly nobody knows what it is. It just ridiculous. I am so fed up with this department.

GWP is a well run utility with excellent customer service. I especially like their iPhone app that displays usage of water and electricity on an hourly basis, by day, etc. this helped me identify a leak (if water is being used in the middle of the night when no one is up you’ve got a leak). The customer support people are the best anywhere: very pleasant and they know their stuff. We used to live in LA and GWP rates are much lower than LA.
