Everything in this store is a good price. The workers are really friendly and always want to help you. I was able to find what I needed.

This is the worse grocery store I have been to in my life. The products are all on way to high prices and the management is terrible. I wanted to get help from Steven but it did not happen. I asked Steven for help but he said i will not help you so he left me with no help. I come home to write this review about my experience at pavilions and learned that so many customers have the same problem with Steven like I did. It looks like the company does not care about the customers. They keep terrible supervisors Steven even if the customers do not like him and even if the store looks bad. Steven should of been "let go" a long time ago. This shows how the store does not care about their customers. I highly suggest not shopping at pavilions. There are better place with better employees and management to shop at. Here is why Steven is a bad manager and should of been let go along time ago: 1.) Steven said directly to my face that he will not help me. 2.) Steven does not get someone to help me 3.) Steven walks off into the back where it is off limits to the customers to hide from me after walking away from me because he does not want to help me. 4.) Steven does this over and over again to customers and does not learn. This also shows Steven terrible customer service skills and how he does not put customers first. Those are very important rules when working in retail. What Steven did shows he is no fit to work in retail or as a manager.

My cashier today, Kat, according to my receipt was a bit off putting. She made zero eye contact and said no words. I thought she was actually mute or deaf so I gave her the benefit of a doubt. When she scanned my bottle of wine, she didn’t ask for my ID, she just stood there not saying anything and didn’t scan anything of my other items. I figured she was waiting for my ID so I showed it to her and then she kept scanning. When it came time to pay, again, no eye contact and no words she just stood there silently.. So I went ahead and inserted my card to pay. Again, I actually thought my cashier was deaf or mute, so I smiled and nodded my head and said thank you to her out loud making eye contact, and I get a sarcastic, “thank you” with no eye contact. It was so weird. Was she just young with no interpersonal skills? There are so many other grocery stores with friendly normal people. You don’t have to ask me about day or make conversation - but eye contact and communication would be nice. Goodbye Pavilions & Kat. And I’m sorry for neglecting you, Trader Joe’s lol. Everyone is always much nicer there. Kat, if you were having a bad day, I sincerely hope things turn around for you.

I would not recommend the bakery for special occasions. I understand that this is a grocery store and I did not have high hopes, but somehow this stooped lower than even the lowest of expectations. They should not advertise their “custom cakes” if they are going to come out lopsided and sloppy. The lady who took my order was acting like they could accommodate to all my needs, yet none of my needs were met. For instance, what is the blue squiggle on the bottom? That mortified me. It was also not even the shape I ordered. This cake was for 21 year old and it wouldn’t even be acceptable for a 8 year old’s birthday due to the sloppiness and color scheme. I also do not understand why the bordering is so thin. Again, I did not expect a top tier cake from a grocery store, but what I pay for and order should not come to me messy.
