We used Craig and his crew for a ladder rack with a roller bar for one of our Ford Transit work vans. Must say that it was worth the wait, for the time taken to build it and installation. They are very much so well experienced as polite. The whole experience was fenomenal!

I had some shelving put in a van by a different company and they just did a hack job. Didn't properly secure the shelving and it moved and squeezed to the point where is was unbearable to drive. I took that van to Truck Rack and the guys secured the shelving with some hefty brackets and fixed that situation. Ever since, I have used Truck Rack to get van roof racks and shelving put in several vehicles and these folks have done incredible work. I highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

I would have given no stars if I could. Over the past 42 years I have bought 6 racks from this company. The new owner has a lot to learn about customer service. I've been self employed 38 years and know a little about customer service. I needed a small extension on my rack to prevent ladder damage to my $2,000 canopy. Minor deal. Small job. Easy to do. He should have done this the first time. The owner said they don't do add ons. Say what ?!? His only reason was that he was busy. What a rude smarmy chump. Maybe he was stoned or hungover or both. What a complete jerk! Go somewhere else. Steer clear of this place.
