Ninety-nine percent of alberston's staff are friendly, except Miranda in the Deli department. My friend is a new immigrant with poor pronunciation, she went to Deli to buy hot food and showed her the picture with the caption, which clearly indicated how much weight and what product. But Miranda refused to see, she stepped back, my friend asked to read, she say to want to correct her pronunciation, market was already closed fast, my friend also need purchase other products, as she explained that she don't have standard pronunciation, read it out in great fear that she might give the wrong product, look at the picture she knew that, but Miranda still give to my friend read it out,my friend lost twenty precious minutes. My friend has purchased in almost every supermarket, and nothing like this has ever happened in deli of other supermarkets, except Miranda, who always makes such unreasonable demands. Even though my friend is a very optimistic, cheerful and friendly person, she can't stand such racial discrimination any more.

Nice store. I haven't been to an Aberson in a long time. They closed alit of them. It's nice there one open I can go to when I'm around the area.

UPDATE: Down to one star. We've been using the Albertsons pick-up service for the past few months, and with rare exception, the service has - as usual - been poor. Probably the most frustrating thing has been placing our orders the night before, only to pick-up the next day and find several items either substituted or simply out-of-stock (all items were said to be in-stock when we placed the order). Furthermore, we went inside the store the last time this happened, only to find several items were indeed on the shelves. Time to try somebody else. Good selection; terrible service. One of the first things we noticed about Albertsons was their large selection of goods. It was nice to look at the various brands and types of products available (especially when on a specific diet). As usual, the food that is good for the body is not-so-good for the pocketbook! Aside from the minor stuff like slow cashiers, the reason this review gets only two stars is due to the surprisingly poor customer service at checkout. A seemingly lack of baggers put me in the position of bagging my own groceries. Normally this would never be a problem. However, as I was doing so, no less than three Albertsons employees engaged in a casual and raucous conversation at the very next check-out lane. At no time did any of them stop to help as I continued to bag my own groceries. Huge customer service fail.

It was easy and quick to get in and out of this Albertsons. I needed a couple of things and it couldn’t have been easier. The store is very clean, I even saw an employee dusting displays throughout the store. There is a Starbucks inside and a “wine cellar.” The people I interacted with were also very nice and helpful.

They do through Instacart, but I don't believe directly they do. Vons does though.
