This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. Rae was great and not your typical car salesperson. She made us feel comfortable and actually helped us get a great deal on our new car! I would recommend anyone to go see her and go to this dealership. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Even in the finance office no one tried to force anything extra on us they were straight to the point and we were off the lot with a new car within 2 hours, maybe even less! Car buying is always stressful but at Subaru orange coast they make it actually enjoyable! I spent about 2 weeks looking for a used ascent and I will say that out of all the dealerships I went to this place had the best used cars for a great price! It was really important that I found a used car that felt brand new still and every car I saw here gave me that feeling! I’m so happy with my new car and hopefully will be back soon so my partner can get into a Subaru as well!

We worked with Kent Chhin at Orange Coast Subaru and started our buying process early May. Test drove a Forester, Outback and the Ascent. We ordered our 2022 Subaru Ascent Onyx on May 2nd with an estimated delivery date of late June/early July. Then on June 29, we got word from Kent that our car was ready for pickup so we planned to do paperwork the next morning. Paperwork went smoothly. We locked in the low 1.9% and weren’t hassled to add on anything extra we didn’t need during financing. We went home with our car the afternoon of June 30th. Overall, Kent was professional, straightforward and helpful in all his communications via email and in-person. Out of all the Subaru dealers we contacted, Orange Coast was the only one we knew that did not require any dealer add ons during this crazy car buying time. I would recommend Orange Coast Subaru for anyone who is interested in an easy, no-hassle car buying process.
