We went to Riverside Kia almost two weeks ago. Looking for a car for my mom. We were specifically looking for the 2022 Sorento. Angel was amazing! From showing us all features of the car. To helping us close the deal! William was also super helpful and outgoing. They really did go above and beyond for us to make this happen for us. Thank you! I am late with this review but I could not leave it unsaid. I was going on a road trip and realized 5 days before that I needed brakes. I called Kia and was told there weren't any appointments available. I called back and this time I spoke with Armando and he was able to squeeze me in the next day. After checking the brakes they needed to order some part. Armando ordered the part and scheduled me to come back and took care of the brakes. I am soooo grateful for Armando caring personality and I did not have to cancel my trip. Armando is very courteous and professional and give the best customer experience. I am back at Kia today to get an oil change. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked or Armando. Again today same courteous and caring person. I will only come to Kia of Riverside for servicing my car. Armando is truly an asset. Thank you Armando.

Buying a car is always a long process that wears you out and makes you want to go home, lay down on the couch, eat a pint of cherry flavored ice cream and watch old reruns of Gilligan's Island. When we came in to work with Melissa it felt more relaxing and more of a conversation than a sales presentation. If you want a good car buying experience I would recommend giving Melissa a call. It is still a process but at least you feel like you’re hanging out with your buddy. Thanks Melissa.
