I used to really like this dispensary. Until I went on 1/14 and was sold a defective torch by Jason. I was sold an open box torch when I had inquired about buying a torch from them. Not the sealed ones in the case, an already opened one. I thought it would be fine since it was the same product. It seems it was opened because it was broken. As soon as I put butane in it to refill it, it sputters and goes between huge and small flames uncontrollably. There is no safely using this product. They also have a no return policy so it seems like he intentionally stole $34.99 from me. Do not ever buy anything that is not cannabis product here, they will rip you off.
