Bachelor is stupid expensive and seems to only care about money. That being said it is a frikkin epic ski resort with 360 mountain access whenever summit lift is open. Summit lift is closed a lot due to wind and weather but there are tons of other lists. They’re usually not all open, especially in spring, but there’s usually still a lot to ski on. You can get back country through the trees and find fresh powder in the less explored areas. There are routes for all levels here. Their hours kind of suck, especially in the spring they close at 1:30 PM. They do have pretty frequent events and live music and competitions. Lots of kids programs. The food is mediocre and obscenely expensive.

Love this ski resort. Pet friendly with off leash park & off leash parking at west lodge parking area; family friendly with day care facilities~ Mountain is big and lots powders. 360 degree descents from the 9,065’ volcanic peak. This vast landscape is served by 12 lifts – eight of which are high-speed quads – and three easy to use carpets. For beginners to advanced , everyone enjoys themselves here! RV can pay and park overnight. There’s restroom and showers available to use. Top of the mountain, there’s a building with restaurant to rest and eat. Charger for electric cars very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Solo travelers , pets and families all happy here. Weekdays are not busy at all, weekends are crowded, long wait lines. Me and my puppy are both having fun here:) Will definitely come back again!

Will definitely come back again! Wife and I went there during MLK Long weekend to ski and we had a great time! The resort offers variety of terrains for all levels. It also has half pipe and performance venue if you are into them. There are two main parking lots at the base (west village and sunrise). There would have been a third one but the lift was under maintenance (skyliner) so that parking was closed effectively. The free parkings do get filled up pretty quickly but there are paid parking which were also full during the long weekend when we were there. The suggestion is to try to get there maybe 30 minutes before open (the lifts open at 9 am) to ensure you get yourself a free spot. There are people who direct the traffic so it was well organized. Onto the lodges, there are a few lodges at the base which offers basic fast food such as fries, burgers, chicken fingers. Nothing fancy. There are also a few cafe at which you could grab a coffee while waiting the lifts to be open. The lodge on the mountain (Pine Marten Lodge) was great. You need to take the Pine Marten lift up. We didn’t go there since we didn’t have much time but imagine you could get a pretty good view. The shops and rental shops were average. We didn’t need to rent but saw a long line when I passed by (likely due to the long weekend). Two things stood out to me here: 1) if you purchase your lift ticket online like us, you could just print it out with the barcode at the station. There are tons of those machines. Very convenient! That is if you didn’t already have a pass. 2) the app worked great! I recommend you download it before going there. They have the live map which shows the wait time of each lift. Also if you choose to track your ski, the app shows where you are at all times (if you have your smart phone with you)! La plagne take note! Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back in future!

Wow, lifelong Oregonian and had never been to Mt. Bachelor. My daughter 🎿 skies there often and really enjoys her experiences. All photos were taken from the lodge. Wah an amazingly good lunch with a world class Bloody Mary. The weather was spectacular and everyone had a great time.Even non-skier me. Great facility and beautiful access.

Changes depending on weather, but today everything except summit and outback were open.
The parking situation at Mt. Bachelor is pure horse manure... They're part of the fake, failing agenda and have triggered "masketeers" everywhere... All parking seems to be blocked until 8:40-9:00 am. I was able to get a pass at this time 3 days in a row just a few weeks ago.
Usually a week before Thanksgiving or in that following week
I would bring both. If the snow get slushy early you can always stop skiing and hop on your bike!
It's wyndham seven mountain is 14 miles from Mt Bachelor
Mr. Bachelor offers a experienced powder pro through Pisa Professional ski instructors of america. 90 minutes. $120. Well worth your money not to mention your safety.
They have a lot of terrain for every skill level. The carrousel lift at sunrise lodge is great for beginners and then you could step up to the sunshine accelerator lift at West lodge for a little more challenge. Bachelor also has a great deal on a lesson package for people new to skiing called ski or ride in 5. You get 5 day passes, 5 lessons, and 5 rentals all for a few hundred, it works out to an amazing deal. Have fun on the mountain!
