Stopped here on a whim, glad we did! The bourbon garlic cabin smoked wings were delicious! The blonde patty melt was tasty and the fries were delish. My love enjoyed the deuce deuce burger ( house bbq brisket, smoked gouda)and fries as well... I ordered the tostada salad to go and had that for lunch the next day. Good portion size and good customer service.

Horrible experience. We were in town visiting and this spot was recommended to us by family who are locals. We walked into the restaurant and stood there for a solid 5 minutes. A waitress finally walked past us (did not greet us), we asked if we seat ourselves or not because there was no sign stating so. We found a seat outside. Was told by the DJ (the only person present when you walk in the restaurant) that the waitress told him we would need to order at the bar because they were busy. My husband orders at the bar and the bartender make a comment to the waitress “this guy came in to order food.” After 20 minutes of sitting outside we were greeted by a waitress after already ordering our food inside. After we received our food (with no napkins or utensils) we weren’t checked on once. Went to the bar to close out our tab and the blonde waitress seemed irritated like we were inconveniencing her with our business.

Bartender-ess/Manager was very rude. Asked for no salt on margarita, still gave us salt. Asked for a new one, all she did was pour it in a new glass. Asked for it off tab since it wasn't drunk. She responded very angrily and was upset that we even asked. Finally took it off after a verbal fight. After telling her we wouldn't be coming back she screamed at us to get out and said we're banned?? (Edited) Found out that this has happened to a friend of a friend also, where she was yelled at and banned for sticking up for herself and saying the bartender was rude.

We visited this place on 8/1/21. This was the 2nd time we have been here. We were really looking forward to brunch but realized it ended at Noon. This seemed different since most places served brunch until 1 or 2 on Sundays. We were a big group so I thought they would accommodate us since we usually do tip very well instead, when we walked in and were looking for tables close together and shaded enough for my 83 year old mother in law the waitress (Kelsey) ask us "What's going on here?" She could have been helpful by offering to move some tables instead she seemed annoyed and a little rude. We were never greeted properly by her giving us an unwelcomed feeling right from the start. We ordered our food and it took forever to get our food. Some of the plates were cold and the burgers were burned. My wife's food was inedible, the worse pork tacos ever. She couldn't even finish one of them. They did discount some drinks and the tacos but that did not make up for the bad service and bad food we received. The waitress made several snarky remarks to us. We will be taking our business somewhere else next time we visit Bend.
