Why would a UPS Store not have W-Fi for its customers? Tried to do a Zappos return and was told they have no WiFi and that I should go down to Starbucks! That's PATHETIC

This store continually impresses me. I have had some medical issues this past year and the staff here are consistent on their willingness to carry packages for me; They are 100% kind and helpful. Well done!!!!

Outstanding! Efficient! And very personable! I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, it’s been a been a struggle with Covid, yet YET recently this store’s morale and customer service has lifted my spirits! Huge kudos for sharp management, friendly staff and great work ethic. Way to go, looking out for your customers!

This location wanted to charge me $60 to pick up 4 small packages that we had shipped via UPS to this location. FedEx and USPS do not charge to pick up packages that you ship to them if you use them as the carrier. We cannot support UPS and do not recommend them because of this.
