We visited the store to buy eyeglasses for me. We had an excellent experience with awesome customer service and great selection of frames. Brittany helped us and she was such an amazing help . I would have struggled had it not been for her awesome customer service and desire to help a customer make a right choice. My mom who was visiting us also took note of her great customer service . It’s awesome employees like her that makes the overall experience stand out. We will return to this store for all our future needs - thank you LensCrafters and thank you Brittany !!

Britney gave us extraordinary service when we came in on a holiday on the Fourth of July to fix our sunglasses. The lens came out and she repaired it at no charge and the technician Craig fixed my Ray Bans with the blower also at no charge. Great, friendly and helpful service. Very impressed. Thanks Lens Crafters Huntington Beach.

I took my glasses to get repaired and Brittany fixed them for me very quickly. She was awesome and she even cleaned my other pair of glasses. I would highly recommend and will come back again!

Mark and Team were very helpful. I've been to this location several times within the last two years and all of my visits have been pleasant. Today, I brought in my mother who speaks very little English. I translated as best as I could and the entire team at Lenscrafters handled everything from the eye exam to the checkout process. My wife and I absolutely enjoy going to this location for their selection and great customer service. Thank you all very much!

Call the store to provide some information, and the store associates can look up your insurance plan. LC works with Eyemed, VSP, United, Cigna, Metlife, and MES. But, since plans can go by many different names, it's best to have them check for you. Tips: Get the insurance plan checked prior to your eye exam appointment. Be prepared to provide some information, including the name, birthdate, and last four numbers of the policyholder's SSN. In a few cases, the associates cannot look anything up without that info! Waiting until you get to your appointment to have the insurance checked may hold up your appointment - if you would prefer to wait until day of, arrive 15-20 minutes early.
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Yes. If they can make the lense in house. It just takes a few hrs.
