The barista’s are great and customer service is amazing. My daughter walked to Starbucks for drinks and a little fresh air. She arrived home with this sad face on. She said half my drink was gone. What? The store ran out of cup holders so the 2 drinks were put into a bag and about halfway home the lid to my drink came off. Oops. I drove to Starbucks with the bag and drink, explained what happened and they graciously made me a new drink plus upgraded the size. Thank you for remaking my drink. It’s delicious.
