I am an assistant manager at a restaurant and I'm going to tell you these people work very hard and are highly under paid. I would never deal with a drive through line like that. I am sure the customers sit in line and whine and cry all morning. The line was wrapped around the road I went in and got my food in less then 10 minutes. If you have not worked in food you don't realize it's hard compared to typing at a desk. So be patient and kind. May the Adon Yeshua Hamashiach bless that place The pesto grilled cheese was amazing

WORST customer service i have encountered in a VERY long time. . I am in food service myself and can be forgiving, especially in the current climate. . I was the only person in the store and the miserable guy couldnt even say hello. . Threw the register key like i was putting him.out just for coming in. . I wont be returning anytime soon

Service was a little slow at the counter which seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. All our food had a black "film" as if it was cooked in dirty equipment. Drinks were awesome as always, but not a great DD experience.

Drive thru service was not great, very rude when taking our order and seemed to be rushing our order even though there was no one behind us. I ordered a hot vanilla latte but got caramel that was so sweet I couldnt drink it. Hubby ordered a hot chocolate and when he opened the tab on the lid, the horrible smell went all thru our car. It smelled like hot dirty dish water with cleaner in it. When we dumped it. It was just grey water, definitely not hot chocolate. Gross. Won't be back.
