- Excellent service - Good shipping times - Quick response First off, SGV messed up my order. I purchased a Golden Cycles fixie that was actually out of stock, so they fixed it and sent me a bike that is almost TWICE the price of the one I purchased. They offered to swap out some parts to make it match the bike I wanted, and even after the customization, the bike got to me within 5 days, though the chain was tight on arrival (perhaps this is for safety in shipping). SGV nailed it. Fast responses through email and phone so they could get me what I wanted. BTW, my bike looks sweet... and hauls ass. Will be a returning customer. Thanks SGV!
