Smelled like urine right when walking in. And an employee was really rude. I walked out bc of how bad it smelled of urine.

Online order, I asked to be prepared a few minutes before getting there. There was no ice, food was cold and drinks where just water. I asked for bbq sauce and given only ketchup.

cashier didn't wash his hands after the bathroom. Was remarkably noticeabe with his pattern of grunting, rolling the TP, and flushing twice, it was clear this guy was battling toilet demons. I praise him for slaying it r unless maybe that second flush of the toilet was his washing in the toilet. Burger was great!

It was Christmas Eve, and I'd had a rough day with my mom being in the hospital. Got home late and just didn't have the energy to cook anything. This Jack in the Box was the only fast food spot open out of four that are on this corner. The drive-thru line was long but went quickly enough. Thanks to all the employees who were there on a holiday making life a little easier for the rest of us.
