We went through the drive thru around 10pm and the Service was Horrific the Manager looked like she was mad no smile no hello no thank you NADA she was just very rude! I must say that the young man who took our order was very happy nice attentive laughing. The Manager looked as if she didn't want to be there, which is not any customers fault she works there. Manager must not know No Customers No Work for Burger King employees in that location if there is no good customer service. I personally will not return to that location. Always check your orders no matter where you go... hopefully they don't for get something and you don't have to return to pick it up. That happened the previous time at this location it was lunch time.

Burgers are always good here, though I can't believe how a combo meal is over $$, I remember you could get a meal for under $5 back in the day.

Would’ve been a better experience if the person taking the order was more understanding of someone with an accent,instead of saying I don’t understand ! You should say whatever it is that you do understand and allow the customer to expand on that. When the order was handed to us we asked which order was the chicken and which was the bacon and the response was I don’t know. That’s not a good sign and definitely not good customer service. .. we will come back to your BK because we love bk burgers and fries.Please don’t disappoint us with bad customer service because we are black or have an accent.....Thank you.
