I needed my car towed 2 miles. They were contracted with my roadside assistance plan. Said they would be 2 hours. After 8 hours they told roadside assistance they could not find my car. It was sticking out in the street right at the address they were given. They lied. They are based just 10 blocks from where my car is. So whats the problem? This started at 4pm. It is now 1:45am & my car is still sticking our in the street. Worst tow service I have ever dealt with in my 66 years on this planet.
