Rude staff in my encounters there. Normally i don’t like leaving negative reviews but my husband went to mail a reasonably important document with overnight shipping a few months ago at this store. Only to find out that it was never mailed and mysteriously lost. We only recently learned this because the recipient was kind enough to let us know they didn’t receive the document. So we with the tracking number, we saw that the package label was created there but it was never sent out. To make the matter even worse, the staff said they couldn’t do anything and didn’t even offer an apology. I literally don’t understand how an employee can make a label for a document but doesn’t take the extra minute to get it out. What are the employees doing, just throwing away important documents.? Granted we only paid $15 for the overnight tracking label and yes i admit my husband should have checked as well the next day. But the company didn’t apologize and didn’t even offer to at least try to make it right by providing a refund or at least a credit. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars here. Go to another location

This store is small but located in a very convenient spot. It’s close to South Coast and the employees are fast helping. There is also another UPS that stays inside the Staples that opens 24/7. For QR code scanning, it can be done in store in this location (not at the UPS inside Staples).
