Staff is rude and the doctors even worse

Came to this location for blood work referred by the doctor, (fyi:I’m 22 weeks pregnant) didn’t notice there was parking for patients, so I parked a little far, I was confused about what door to go through (it being my first time here) so I decided to call and see if they were open, who ever answered (wasn’t able to get the name) I asked if they were open and she responded “well yeah if I’m answering you it means we’re open” It was rude the way she responded and it made me upset, very unprofessional of her. I won’t return to this location and I hope no one else gets spoken in that way.
