I called Shred Wise company to come by my office and shred some paper, obviously. The dispatcher was pleasant, had a positive attitude and answered all my questions without any fuss. Good customer service is hard to come by believe it or not. I don’t remember her name entirely but I think it was Shirley? Not sure, anyways, they scheduled me two days later and a gentleman named Daniel came to the office and began to work. Friendly, positive attitude, very professional. He arrived and his immediately began working. Giving me a rundown on what he’s going to do and how it works. He was in and out in a matter of 15 minutes or so. He handled the task at hand with veracity. After that he came to another location to shred some more paper and a gentleman by the name of Nick was there to assist him. Positive, friendly attitude as well. If these two are a demonstration of how this company bestows itself, then I have no issues with doing business with them in the future again. Great guys, professional and punctual. Thanks for your help, will be doing business with you guys again in the future!

I used Shred Wise in the summer of 2015 as we cleaned out my elderly parents home including personal and business records dating back over 40 years. Our company has used Shred Wise on several occasions, usually at year end when we need to dispose of old documents to make room for new ones. This past experience was exceptional. I had driven to Southern California from Utah to help with the 2014 year end document disposal. We called them on short notice and asked for bins to be delivered and they accommodated us early the next day. We had originally expected to finish on a Friday morning, but finished early Thursday evening and called to see if they could pick up/shred the materials Thursday evening so I would be able to head back to Utah and not spend company time and money staying another night and hanging around Friday morning for them to pick up the bins. Gary, the owner, went out of his way to stop by at 4:00p Thursday evening to get the bins; and I was able to leave town early. They went the extra mile, literally, for us. It was VERY appreciated. The cost depends on many logistical factors such as volume of paper to shred, location of the shred, whether the shred contains what the recyclers call "contaminants" such as metals, plastic and cardboard. You will find for your volume of paper that your cost will be significantly lower when we come to you than if you drop off paper at our drop off location. Also, when we come to your location you are able to witness the shred. Most people want to witness the shred and it is a big bonus that it is less expensive for you when we come to you.
