I’ll give this store 5 stars only because the owners are incredibly kind people. However, unfortunately their employees are very rude.

Went to the 7-Eleven in Sweet home for the first time and the employees were telling customers that they do not have to wear their masks before entering the building. Employees was coming around customers without wearing their masks completely disregarding the fact that a customer had asked her to put her mask back on. This 7-Eleven does not clearly follow Oregon state's mandate for Mass wearing placing all health at risk.

They handed me the wrong pack of cigarettes and then I went to call just to let them know to pay more attention seeing as I paid for a product that I'm not able to return and didn't ask for it not super upset about it but when I called the number their voicemail box wasn't set up in the phone was shut off so you might want to watch what you buy there cuz you can't return alcohol or cigarettes and you can't complain about it either.

So stop in here on the grave yard shift..rude service..cashier bluntly told me my total and that was all the said.. Customer service is not that hard
