Since when did y'all start putting your burgers in the microwave? How do I figure that? The bun was hard from being heated to long.

I placed a 35$ order, waited in line for 40 minutes, got all the way home 20 minutes away, and realized I got 3 wrong burgers. I ordered 3 double cheeses and got singles with different toppings. Doubles are 4.19 now! And i got singles. I Tried to call and got no answer. I get it it's a busy restaurant and all but dang. Customer service is important. Won't be going back for a while. I try to always give folks the benefit if the doubt, but it's alot of money to not get what I want! Pay attention guys!

I don't stop in at DQ in Sweet Home very often, but the last 3 times I did--( within a 3 month period) the cheese burger is always cold. In Albany, it's always hot- like fresh off the griddle.
