If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The customer service was not great. The cashier Shaila Jackson (CASHIER 0380) had an attitude. The cat food was listed under $19.99, we asked them to price check it but received attitude instead. Then when we told her we'd take it after a long back and forth with another cashier, we asked Shaila Jackson (CASHIER 0380) if we could get a bag after she rudely helped us and she said "I did ask yall but yall didnt answer) NOT ONCE DID SHE ASK US AND ON TOP OF THAT SHE WAS SPEAKING MAAAAD LOW! I rarely leave reviews but from this experience, I had to. Don't come here unless you're ready to receive bad customer service. I used to work retail, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they did was professional. You guys need to FIRE Shaila Jackson (Cashier 0380) or give her more training. I will not be going back here and I hope no one else does for their sake.

If you've never been in a grocery outlet ...let me 1st say.... go in there with an open mind ....you will find the best items ....non grocery items they have to offer ....I have found all kind of little nicknames to put outside my house... my mother love frogs... I have all different types of ceramic frogs ... I've bought from there ...I just love this store ...and the best kept secret about this store... they have chicken wings ...I believe there $2.97 a pound... that's about as cheap as you're gonna find them ...I love this store

I really like coming here for their deals! They got name brands at real good prices. I like shopping here first and then going to other stores for whatever they don't have available at the outlet. I really enjoy their music playlists and the owner is very interactive with the customers. Overall this store has great deals and would recommend for anyone to check it out sometime! You will certainly save a lot more than regular stores (Vons, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Foods, etc).
