this the worth place to Rent from i had 4 brake in and today had my landscape trailer stolen they stole over 15,000 on Equipment i dont understand how this happen if manager leaves on site ......they wont cover anything. also coustomer service terrible will call no one anwser the phone ...

Kyra, Tyler and Mark make an amazing team, exemplify solid customer service and are doing a great job at this Public Storage location. Despite having to ask for a few special requests, they always listened to my issues and did whatever they could to accommodate. I got a chance to interact with each of them and really appreciate their positive, professional attitudes. Storing your property with someone you don't know can be an anxiety provoking experience but thanks to the Public Storage Gresham Powell location I can rest easy feeling like my stuff is OK. Both employees I've dealt with, Tyler and Kyra, were super nice, professional and helpful. I've had a great experience not only renting a unit but upgrading to a bigger unit with out any issues. I feel like my business is appreciated and I do recommend anyone needing a storage unit to use them. I feel safe when I'm there and trust my stuff is safe as well. Definitely the best storage place I've been to so far.

Selina and staff are awesome and friendly to work with. As a first-time storage unit renter, they answered all my questions, offered plenty of helpful tips and advice. The unit I reserved was not going to be big enough once I saw it and they quickly picked out a the perfect size for me and got me the best move-in offer available. They made the paperwork process quick and easy and is a great experience so far.
