Not sure I got the right price on some items maybe they were only online purchase price but the store was well kept and service on floor and checkoutwas speedy.

I have always loved Old Navy but I was disgusted by the filth in there. The floors were filthy. Did their cleaning crew quit?

Manager Melissa was rude and did not honor pricing shown, whole rack marked wrong and was told "oh I guess I should check the marketing materials and change it"

Good store and good prices for most items. They are not super familiar with online orders. I ordered online for the first time and it was apparent that only one person in the whole store knew how to process that. I waited while 8 people checked out while they found some little magic device that could give me my order. I could have more quickly grabbed the correct items and checked out myself. I really hope they train more staff on this because their clothing is great- but I dont always have time for an in store trip.
