Very happy with this shop's service. Down from Longview Washington on other business stopped in at 8:30 am, showed him a holster for my Kimber Ultra carry I would like a modification made to the snap taken out and velcro added back. The snap was starting to leave a mark on the laser grip which needed to be stopped. He removed the snap added the velcro and I picked it up on my way home early that afternoon. He made a very nice up grade very fast. Really happy with his work .Thank you sooo much.

I brought a pair of boots in to have some bootstraps added. The work was not only done quickly, but the work was so solid and tidy that it is difficult to tell that the boots didn't come from the factory with straps. The proprietor is friendly, courteous, and very professional. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Great customer service and great craftsmanship. The owner is naturally gifted in leather work and can do a variety of leather/ material repairs (I got taking to him and he showed me that he was working on a suitcase, purses, shoes, etc) See pictures of my new purse handles. He put in the rivits which gave my handles a bit of character as well as add more durability and aesethetics.

Got Louboutin heels as a gift for my birthday and they have a very slippery bottom and the color scratches off. I took them to Totem Shoes Repair and Vitaliy recommened to put sole guard on them. Very happy with the result. They aren't slippery and look very original and the soles are protected!! Quality work, good price, and fast service. Totally recommend!!!
