By far the worst dental office I have ever been at, I have been waiting to hear back for status on my pre-auth they supposedly sent to my insurance since SEPTEMBER!!! I come to find out the the receptionists never sent the claim over TWICE! Making me wait 4-6 weeks each time here we are in December still nothing. Came in hoping I’d get my filling fixed, they had issues communicating with my insurance. I ended up changing to a different provider, came back hoping I’d be able to get my tooth fixed and they still were unable to contact my new insurance. I called my insurance without any issues and confirmed everything but for some reason on their end they couldn’t.
