For one thing they charge top dollar and I’m ok with that. But they do as little as possible. They always try to skip what you don’t see right off hand. They clean one side of the of the car, like the wheels and tires on the far side, that you see while waiting and this has happened on more than one occasion. I wish the car wash on paramount and Carson would hurry up and open because this place just keeps pulling the same little shannanigans over and over I’m tired of coming home and feeling burnt from this outfit. I’m done with them.

They went through my glove box stuff went missing and nobody wanted to fess up. Beside the experience the vip car wash was trash left smudges on my windows!!

An ok car wash, but for the price(executive wash) the guys drying and finishing did a shoddy job. Streaks on the Sideview mirrors, left big dust spots on the console, back of car was streaked with film. Won't be going back! Addendum: So, I called them back and must say that their customer service was exemplary. They didn't question me and simply made sure that I received another full wash (executive wash) and ran my vehicle through their process again, today. The finish was great and the attention to detail was superb. I'd like to thank them for their professionalism and for the way they treated me. I will, thanks to their response to my complaint use them again. Changed my rating from the original 2 stars to the 4 stars.
