I brought a very dirty older model Hyundai Accent in for car wash. Car was cleaned & windows didn’t have streaks…..however, surprisingly - no Armorol on tires. No bells or whistles or standout anything….just a clean car for $21 - no reason to tell a friend other than don’t go. Kind of strange setup from when it was CastleCarWash. Pulled up for vacuuming & was told to go inside to pay….no one was inside. Asked a customer waiting & was told they would come to me. It’s a very weak, 3-Star because I didn’t have to wait long, my vehicle is clean & I didn’t have to do it.

Terrible service. I waited one hour for my car to be ready. I paid for the 22.99, the interior was not clean, no air freshener, spots on the outside, terrible job! I didn't want to argue with the cashier because whoever washed my car was not in view so I left, to never go back there for sure 😠

I had an excellent experience. I came first thing in the morning, and the person was absolutely happy to help me get an interior detail, as well as a carpet shampoo. I was really expecting to pay a lot more, but they only charged me $80, and they even took care of the outside of the vehicle which I did not ask for. When they returned it to me, the inside looked like it was factory new. So the place is a little old, all of downtown Long Beach is old. What matters is the service, and the quality of the work done. for the amount of time that I spent there, and the amount of money that I paid, I feel like it was a very good deal. I specifically asked for a deep interior cleaning, and I left with a full car cleaning and a shampooing for $80. Just be ready to spend some time there if you are getting extended services. they do have lots of nice things to buy in their gift shop, and on the other side they have a neat sitting area that has a lot of old video games and machines that are neat to look at. also, I'm not sure if they are related, but there is a person directly adjacent to the building that does all kinds of locksmith services, including cutting keys. I found this outstanding, because I needed to have a laser cut key, and he said he could do it at a very very fair price.. so I had an excellent experience and I would recommend this to anybody. Just be sure to be specific about what you want. Thanks again, Jeff with black Camaro

I don't want to give bad review and I understand human can make mistake but I paid $50 for the detailing service and I am not happy with the end result. Not very detailing after all....
