The worst customer service in history no lie worse than DMV I'm just trying to get a signature signed off and they cant even do it I'm just calling left and right for like 3 to 4 days right now and people getting me different answers this is sad this is how they treat disability people and very sad disappointed

I called last week, only to have the lady answering the phone hang up on me profusely. I kept calling and was finally placed on hold for an hour and a half. No one ever answered the phone. I went there in person today, and the guard asked me "if I had any weapons". Was this because of my skin color? I didn't hear him ask anyone else. I did have a conversation with him about it before I left. I was offered a lame excuse. When I finally got to the window, the clerk was reluctant to help me. I felt like she was trying to brush me off, and send me away empty handed. Unfortunately, I have been denied so many times, I know the ropes. I refused to leave until I got my questions answered, and the service that I needed. Just be prepared for the run around, but be steadfast, and don't give up the fight.Stand up for your rights.

Can I give it a no star! Lazy repulsive never pick up phone ! They should have consequences! Just because u have a government job and the fact that ur lazy self won’t be fired at all no matter what u do or not do is just simply not good enough ! Went to their office which btw is still closed for Covid ! The whole world is open but they aren’t ! Looked inside a lady was sitting around. Then a police officer came and told me to call and make an appoint since office was closed ! BEEN CALLING FOR MONTHS BUT THEY DONT ANSWER! LAZY REPULSIVE SHADY PEOPLE ! Fire their lazy loser behinds if they cannot helps us ! Why the hell are u closed when world is open! Shady people

Almost impossible to do business in this office. I have been calling for more than three days but no one picks the call. Sometimes I will stay on the line for over two hours without hearing someone on the other end.

I'm trying to replace my ss card, tried to go in but was told to call a single# Which told me after 3 hrs to do it Online? Well I did try online only to be told no I had to mail in an application! So they want original id so I sent my DL in certified mail 3 weeks ago and absolutely NOTHING! I'm going on vacation next week, but now I don't have my ID! This has got to be the biggest joke Ever! The SS site and DMV websites are pathetic and from like the 90's? This has been going on since this stupid pandemic. I'm seriously considering litigation?
