I have been coming here for years, at least ten. It has been through different management, with varying successes. The current management is not really doing the place any justice. Pre-covid there was an amazing guy running it and he really made it amazing! He did a lot of long overdue maintenance and updating, it was truely a destination you wanted to arrive at. Since the pandemic, it has really taken a downturn. Now, the the management doesn't seem to value cleanliness or customer service. It could be such a diamond, but it has been years since it has truely been the amazing that it once was. The chemicals are strong, the water looks gross at times, the patrons act like they own the place. We used to LOVE this place. We still go, but only because they are the only hot springs within a decent distance from home. It's been sad to see this gem deteriorate.

If you enjoy an over chlorinated experience along with horrible customer service this place is for you. The public soak tubs are heavily chlorinated leaving your eyes burning and your skin dry. The middle aged, blonde, heavier set woman working the front desk was condescending, disrespectful and completely rude when asked a question based off their lack of clarification on their website. You pay $17 for an hour to soak, which should be a relaxing (and a recovering experience after dealing with the hot head at the front desk), except you're interrupted every 20 minutes by staff asking to see your wristband to verify you're within your 1 hour time limit. I will never go back.

Honest Experience

I want to give this place a 5 star review; however, each experience that I've had is dependent on who is running the bath house. Some bath house attendants keep this place a very relaxing, enjoyable experience, where I leave feeling absolutely refreshed and calmed. Other bath house attendants could be a little more dutiful in reminding louder guests that this is a public place to relax. I am all for everyone enjoying themselves, but for the price, the last thing I want is to listen to someone's (loud) conversation while I'm trying to relax in a warm tub or while wrapped in a blanket. This isn't the norm, but it has happened more than twice, so my experiences have ranged each time. With that, I still love this place, and am grateful that it isn't too far for a quick getaway.

A natural, earthy spa. They have a bath house where you soak in hot mineral spring water in natural rustic claw-foot tubs, once you get out they do a cozy body wrap. They also offer massage and have a sauna. I love coming here in the winter.

As far as I know, it is. We stayed there for a night and the pools were included. Call them. Things are changing. They are only allowing 17 people in the pool at a time. I didn't see anyone come and check. We were there Friday and there was only about 8 people when we used it

Yes, they are currently open. I stayed there last weekend. The public hot springs and massage services were closed (opening back up soon), but you can still make reservations to stay there.
