After seeing their website, found the r-pod we were looking to purchase. We happen to live in Henderson Nevada. Process was easy, and Doug was knowledgeable. Provided everything we wanted before the sale. It felt like dealing with an old friend. Made the drive to Beaumont on a Saturday, and we were shown everything about the new trailer by the well versed service staff. After a few minutes of paperwork, Oscar and his service guys had us hooked up and ready to go. We were parked back home before sunset. We love our R-pod ! Thank you guys!

We found the trailer we wanted online and decided to make the 2 hour drive to come check it out. We let Noah the salesman know we wanted to move forward with financing and we had submitted an application online. We didn’t hear from him for a week so we followed up and there was an issue with our application. This issue was easily fixed and I feel like he should have called us to resolve the issue more quickly but either way it was taken care of. We picked up our trailer today and Oscar was absolutely amazing! He went over all the features of the trailer and you can tell he really knows his stuff and is someone who actually uses a trailer. He got us hooked up and on the road in no time. Oscar was by far the highlight of our experience!
