I wish targets didn't need to go all the way to the end of the range, but there's a good reason for it (you learn that during orientation when you join). Besides that, I love this place. No staff nagging you, other shooters are well behaved, the range is clean, the prices are more than reasonable...lots of plusses. I save a ton of money using this range compared to others in the Portland area. Highly recommended.

This place is a nice place to shoot. Very economical as well if you shoot often. You bring your own ammo and after the modest initiation fee, you shoot as much as you like 8am to 8pm, 365 days a year; for the once yearly fee of $160. No lane fees. No ammo charge. You can even take your brass home with you if you reload. Be forewarned it is a 50ft only range, as that is how it was designed in the 50's and still is going strong today.

I would take a local NRA safety certification most gun shops offer them. They can be used later on for a concealed weapon permit
There is no gun rental. There are no employees at the range. Just go in and shoot if you are a member or with a member
There are no outdoor facilities. Inside, .22 rifles are allowed only. No pellet or BB guns allowed.
If I remember right. You need to set up an appointment with the gun club. Go to their website and follow the steps to do that.
During the shooting process many brass casings hit the floor. Once your done shooring comes the leave it better for the next guy process. During the clean up process you can ask others if you can have their brass. Many people have asked me for my brass. If no one wants any brass there are some bins to put is in.
