Today my wife shopped at Timberville food Lion in Virginia in jamesway plaza. One of the cashiers Michael, was on the express lane, treated an elderly lady in front of her with great respect. Then when it was my wife's turn to be checked out he gave my wife the greeting of the day and helped her load her groceries... Some of the employees of this establishment should take pointers from Michael, Maybe even the manager. Good job Michael will continue to come back because of you.
