As usual rude attitude from dispatch, the woman answering the phone, miss understood my question, assumed it was against her employer, hung up on me before I could get any information regarding the towing of my 2007 E 350. She also misused the 24 hr. Rule, therefore overcharged me a day and an extra fee she states is required by law, however, I can’t find any law regarding this fee.

Really bad customer service was told I could pick up my car after hours for a additional fee. When I showed up they told me they were closed I explained to themwhat I was told.. just to be rudely interrupted and told to just wait .. I ask for how long when I get there

Not that having your car towed is a good thing, but it is if you’re lucky enough to be towed by these people. I have never been treated this well by any other company. They have been helpful, courteous, generous, kind (extremely) and just the nicest people. Everything was handled professionally, but with s lot more concern than I would have expected. Both the office staff and the drivers went out of their way to help me out and I am extremely grateful.

Yes, if you are the legal registered owner. You also may need to pay a small fee.
They have contracts with Law Enforcement who require they be open certain hours, usually during what is considered "normal business hours". Like most tow companies, they adhere to those hours.
4:30 on week days sat at 2pm
