Popular old town breakfast place in historic building. Serves excellent food though service is a little slow (too few servers). The waffle combo seen had a tasty blueberry compote.

This is a hidden gem of Vacaville on Main St. and is worth checking out. The wait time for a table (on a weekday)was reasonable and the food was definitely worth the wait: bacon crisp but not burned, eggs just right, hash browns steamed as I cut into them. They have a generous, down-home cooking menu, our waitress was polite and friendly, and the decor reminds the patrons of some of the old-West history of Solano County. Great place for feel-good food, but be aware that on the weekend there may be a longer wait time than 10 minutes.

Great place for breakfast! Simple dishes with good variety. Having spent my childhood years in England I love seeing beans and toast on a menu. The French toast and waffles are always cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, the downtown location is nice and parking behind with backdoor access brings in that hometown feel. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the greasiness of the hash browns. They are a bit heavy.

Great staff- friendly, courteous, good crowd management (Sunday breakfast). Excellent service and food, always worth the wait. Try the French toast platter, you won't be sorry!

I've never had a proper English breakfast to compare to, but the owners are from across the pond and I trust theirs is the real deal.
