Great rodeo burger fast service. Burger King is underatted.

What can I say, it was Burger King. Same food and tastes they've had for years. It's OK for a quick lunch when out shopping.

The staff didn't seem to want to be there at all, no smiles or welcoming demeanor. My order was cold (Impossible Whopper with No tomatoes). When I let them know politely there were no apologies, but they remade my order. When I got back to work to try to eat lunch in the little time remaining of my break I found they had given me the wrong thing (regular beef Whopper With tomatoes, I am allergic to raw tomatoes and don't eat meat). I tried calling repeatedly but no one ever picked up, and there was no way to leave a message. I went back after work and the attitudes were not any better. They did remake my order again and finally got it right, but still no apologies or smiles from any of the employees or supervisors. They weren't even busy at that point either. I was the only customer inside and there were only one or two cars in the drive thru. I tried to make it easy as possible for them to be friendly or smile during both encounters, but the customer service just sucked consistently. At least in the end they said to have a good evening as I was walking out the door.

Their club salad with fried chicken strips is very good. They added things i wanted amiably. Fast and friendly service. Their vanilla milkshakes are better than even Wendy's. Funny thing is, ive never been a fan of Burger king food but they've really been upping their game and food. This location is the best for service and better quality and prepared food though by far
