I've eaten from here a few times since the lockdowns started (over 2 years ago), but this is the first time that I've been able to eat INSIDE like normal. It's spacious, clean, and quiet, and the staff are most friendly, and the food is characteristically fresh and tasty and great like you can expect from Burgerville. I'll be back. Good location off Hwy 30, and they have a drive-through.

Just here and went in to order, as i stood in line the young lady told me they were 'too busy to take my order.' I really like BV but the service at this location is terrible.

Decent most times. But seriously I ordered a strawberry SHORTCAKE. NOT STRAWBERRY WITH A BISCUIT. Seriously ruined what should of been the best ever. Ended up being garbage. And stop false advertising.

Terrible experience. I've gotten plenty of ice-cream sandwiches from burgerville, NOT melted. Went through tonight and ordered one, it wad melted. Figured no big deal, we'll just ask for another. Got another, even more melted than the first, and NOT at all edible. Asked for the manager to let them know that maybe their freezer wasn't working well. The manager for the night, Jenna, was extremely rude. Told us to go home and freeze it. WHO GETS ICE-CREAM IN A DRIVE THROUGH TO GO HOME AND FREEZE IT?? Do we also go home and cook the burgers ourselves? SO not happy about how we were treated.
