Even with apparent staffing issues, my wait in the drive-thru was minimal. Staff was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. The ladies were professional and friendly. Our order with special instructions was correct. Thank you ladies for coming to work and fixing us yummy whoppers. :)

Came through today 8-22-21 got lunch, I ordered chicken fries because there's always a hard spot in their Hamburgers. I get a piece of bone in my chicken fries and I ended up losing my lunch over it. Food sucks most the time, the guy at the window wasn't even on planet earth today. We were the only ones in drive thru at that point in time. Drive thru is normally slow. Always missing straws and sauces. Can't go inside and get them, and definitely not going back and sit another 10-15 mins for straws and sauces. Always short staffed, always short on some food or drink item, shorter hours now too. I honestly don't see this store surviving unless something changes.

The food was cold. The order was wrong, which seems ti be the norm at this facility. The sweet tea was sour, which was disgusting. I recommend that corporate either terminate employment of every person there due to their sheer incompetence or provide appropriate traing so the employees fully understand how to provide pleasant food and service.
