The gym is good, clean friendly staff. some of the members are very inconsiderate will sit chat and hold the racks !!! Won't be going to that planet fitness again

Very friendly staff..decent size inside..can be crowded during peak hours. I recommend morning mid afternoon for a lesser crowd..overall very clean and nicely ran

I agree! I got charged the day before they closed! Then I call multiple times without an answer. I can't even get ahold of PF customer service because I need to contact my club! It's ridiculous.
The 2525 N Texas gym is now open since March 10. Open 24/7 at 25% capacity

Yes that's true,I have a black membership and I can invite a person for a free every day but the thing is if this person want to use the pass by their self they can't.

Just walk in and give them your phone number info, and they'll find you in their system they will issue you a new member card
They do not have daycare, unfortunately.
If its on YouTube, you may be able to save the video locally on your phone before coming.
You can't cancel a Planet Fitness membership over the phone. You have to either fill out a cancellation request in person, or send them a letter to tell them you wish to cancel your membership.
Health code violations and when the air quality is that poor it's not advised to work out.
