Going to this jack in the box was like a horror movie. There was me and one other car in line and it still took 30mins to take our order and receive it. The employee there named Natalie is the worst employer America could hire. She was fraternizing with someone in the car ahead of me for 15mins. When i placed my order with Natalie i told her no pickles im allergic to them. I get my order and took a bite out the sandwich and there was pickles and i had to rush to the hospital. I asked for water she told she cant give me water🤔. Then after i came back from the hospital to get my money back i received major attitude from Ms. natalie and she walked away while i was talking and another gentlemen came and assisted me. Im reporting this store to corporation first thing in the morning.

The food is 5 star but sometimes customer service is super slow. I waited 4 my order inside 40 min. I should've just stayed in the drive thru. Other than how slow they are it is a good spot to get an inexpensive burger.

The server was curt to the point of being rude. She got my order wrong and since there was no in door seating, I didn't find out that I didn't receive the sourdough melt I ordered until I left. (I hope whoever got it enjoyed. )
