Small, park, not much room for picnicing but a convenient location. If you're uncomfortable with off leash dogs running around close to your kid(s) while they play this is not the park for you.

Convenient location with respect to the rest of St. Johns and its main drag. Construction has been going on for a while now, and the staff don't seem as willing to acknowledge and accommodate as a result.

It is a community center hence a public place.
Only service animals! In the outside park MUST be one leash!
