Positive: Good price with included breakfast, especially for 4. Breakfast was not just continental as listed but also included American style. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, sausage rounds, biscuits and so on. Negative: Front desk staff do not pay attention to traffic at front desk when hiding in back, despite the camera making this easy.

Such a BEAUTIFUL city! Traveled from Kansas- we had a king/queen suite that was amazing! Beds were comfortable/ soft pillows- clean bathroom with space! And mini fridge , relaxing chair and desk even! It was a great stay!

Positive: Staff was kind, breakfast was hot and plenty of options, easy parking. Negative: A few small things... the only ice machine that worked was in the 3rd floor and the pool is closed until further notice. Would have liked to have known that before booking. Happily it wasn't a big deal for us.

Positive: The front desk staff were helpful and kind. Negative: This is the second time we¿ve stayed here in a few months and the first time we were accidentally put in a one bed room instead of two beds, that was fixed easily enough and we were grateful. This time we were woken up by banging on door at 2am.
